Teas

  • Moroccan Mint Tea — fresh mint on black tea
  • Black Tea — Ceylon with cardamom, served with dates
  • Zhourat — herbal infusion of chamomile, rose and anise
  • Karak Chai — spiced milk tea, rich and warming


Coffees

  • Arabic Qahwa — strong and rich
  • Coffee House — latte, flat white, cappuccino
  • Ice coffee — for warmer days


Cold Drinks

  • Jallab — date molasses and rosewater, crowned with pine nuts
  • Lemonada — lemon and mint, a Lebanese favourite
  • Sharab Ward — rosewater and cardamom lemonade


Sweet Bites

  • Pistachio Baklava — layered filo and honeyed pistachio
  • Ma’moul — semolina cookies filled with dates or nuts
  • Knefe — warm cheese pastry beneath a drizzle of syrup


Light Bites

  • Manakish — flatbread with za’atar and good olive oil
  • Hummus — with a drizzle of olive oil
  • Za’atar dip — sesame, thyme, olive oil


Mezze Platters

  • The Beirut — hummus, baba ghanouj, labneh, manakish & olives, with ma’moul and baklava
  • The Damascus — foul mdammas, makdous, fatteh & za’atar bread, with barazek and dates
  • The Amman — za’atar dip, hummus, labneh & sambousek, with knefe bites and candied nuts
