When you book, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and any allergy or dietary information you give us. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card details. If you sign up to our mailing list or WhatsApp updates, we keep the contact details you give us for that.
Why we use it
We use your information to manage your booking, contact you about it, prepare your food safely, and keep the financial records the law requires. We only send you marketing if you’ve chosen to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Allergy information
Allergy and dietary information is health information, so we take extra care with it. We use it only to prepare your meal safely, with your consent, which you give when you share it. Only the people preparing your food see it, and we delete it within 30 days of your visit.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run bookings: Stripe (payments), our email provider, and WhatsApp if we contact you there. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for 12 months and payment records for 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@levantea.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
